Cost-Plus Construction
We operate on a cost-plus pricing model, providing full transparency throughout the building process.
This means clients pay the actual cost of construction—labor, materials, and subcontractors—plus an agreed-upon management fee. This approach allows for:

As a family owner-operator, he combines hands-on construction leadership with clear, personal communication to ensure every custom build and renovation runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. Ron oversees projects from initial planning to final walkthrough, building strong relationships with homeowners, lot owners, and realtors while delivering practical solutions with care and accountability.
Mary Rabold

Our Founder and Owner, Mary, is the big-picture thinker and lead interior designer who sets the tone for every project we undertake.
Mary leads Bold Homes with a clear vision for building meaningful, lasting homes. She combines strategic leadership, creative direction, and practical experience to guide design, client relationships, and project goals from concept through completion. Mary ensures each home we build reflects our commitment to quality, thoughtful design, and the personal needs of the families who live there.
Dylan Lein

Dylan brings a disciplined, corporate-honed approach to our family-operated team, keeping Bold Homes running smoothly from start to finish. As Business Operations Lead, he oversees project management, contract administration, and all client communication, ensuring timelines, budgets, and paperwork are handled precisely and professionally. Reliable and organized, Dylan is the steady hand that moves every build and renovation forward with clarity and care.

With a background in civil and coastal engineering, as well as community planning, Ashley brings experience in land development and building within coastal environments - ensuring each home is thoughtfully planned, well-suited to its environment, and built to perform for years to come.

Ian is our middle school apprentice and a valued part of the family-owned Bold Homes crew. Thoughtful and family-minded, he brings a steady, caring presence to the job site — and just when the workday needs a lift, Ian delivers the perfect bit of comic relief. His eagerness to learn and warm sense of humor make him a favorite among teammates and clients alike. He is very studious and takes direction seriously.
